Financing Options

Reliant Homes will help you obtain a mortgage financing your home quickly and conveniently by providing contact information for our Lender Options. Once you have chosen your lender, you will need to provide them with all requested documentation. Below is a loan application checklist that may be a guide for your Lender and will help complete your loan package.

* W-2 Statements for all jobs held during the last two years. If Self Employed, you will need to provide two years of tax returns.

* Pay Stubs - for the last 30 days, showing year to date and current earnings. If using alimony or child support as income, a divorce decree is needed.

* Bank Statements - Checking, Savings or brokerage account statements for the last two months.

* Preferred Homeowner's Insurance Providers Name and Telephone Number

* Copy of the Sales Contract and contact numbers of all parties involved.
